Course Description for R10/22

O.S Reference: Sheet 170 - Start 822024 Finish 827031

Start on the factory service road at the Vale of Neath Enterprise Park in Resolven, opposite the Toyoda - Koki automotive factory, 4 metres east of the lamp column Ref 14, Proceed eastwards to the service road 'T' junction. Bear left and continue eastwards along the service road to Resolven roundabout (0.457 miles). Take 1^st exit left westwards on the A465 dual carriageway to take the slip road off at Aberdulais (4.825 miles). Follow the left hand loop to the 1^st roundabout and take the 1^st exit left to the Aberdulais interchange (5.356 miles). Circle the interchange to take the 3^rd exit and proceed down the slip road to rejoin the A465 eastwards (5.760 miles). Proceed on the A465 dual carriageway to the Resolven rounabout (9.948 miles) and take the 1^st exit left over the river bridge to FINISH at the road sign on the north side of the bridge over the River Neath (showing B4242 left to Aberdulais and right to Glynneath).(N.B. 51 yards BEFORE 'T' junction with B4242).(10.047 miles) (OS Sheet 170,Grid Reference:827031)

All riders are asked to comply with the following requests

DO NOT park or stop your car within sight of the starting or finishing timekeeper.

DO NOT leave your number flapping - four pins are supplied for each - USE THEM

DO NOT allow your friends and relations to follow you around the course - it's not allowed.

DO call your number to the finishing timekeeper or your time may not be recorded.

DO keep your head up, be aware of your surroundings and HAVE A SAFE RIDE
